What we'll need from you to let a property

Just before you move in to your perfect property, there are a few requirements that need to be accepted by your landlord first. Below is a list of paperwork that we require in order to get you one step closer to renting your property. If you have any problems at all obtaining these documents please do speak to one of our lettings agents.

Proof of income

• Last 3 months bank statement

• Last 3 months pay slips from your employer


• Landlord reference (if you were previously renting)

• Work reference (signed letter by your employer confirming your employment)

• Accountancy reference letter (if self-employed)

Photo I.D

• Passport

Credit Checks

Once all the above documents have been received by us we will carry out credit checks. You will need to pass the credit check in order for you to rent the property, once complete all documents will be reviewed with the landlord for approval.

Holding Deposit

£500.00 non refundable deposit to secure the property, this amount contributes towards your total initial payment.

Admin Fee

£160.00 per person.


The deposit that we will normally hold for your property is one months rent plus £200.00. For example if your rent is £1000.00 per month, your full deposit will be £1200.00.
